Source 2.0 – Source Localisation Software for your Scan. SOURCE is an easy to use tool for EEG/EP source reconstruction that seamlessly integrates with the ESI and SCAN 4 software. It uses the most highly optimized source algorithms to rapidly produce dipole source reconstructions, and display the results in an MRI context.

Tool Box 2003 – Gives you acces to additional processing tools for your Scan for:
PCA/ICA Analysis -Principal Components Analysis and Independent Components Analysis. A simple graphical interface allows you to identify components of your data to be isolated or removed, based on PCA or ICA decomposition. The PCA/ICA Analysis creates a spatial filter that can be applied to the original data, allowing you to focus on scalp distribution of an individual principal or independent component. Use the Mean Global Field Power to preview the effect of the filter and change included components as needed desired to filtering. For ease of use, the filtering is constructed as a toggled operation for easy reversibility. ICA analysis provides new avenues of exploration for dipole source modeling, so this program interfaces Source 2.0!
Real-time EKG/BKG Artifact Removal - On or offline removal of EKG artifact. Also removes ballistocardiogram artifact from data collected inside the fMRI bore using our Maglink system. Easy to use and customize!
Real-time Ocular Artifact Removal -On or offline removal of Ocular blink and eye movement artifact. User customizable settings allow for adaptation to different lead placements. A spatial filtering technique for ocular correction is also available.
Matlab Data Exchange - Easily implement your own analysis techniques! Automatically opens Matlab and ports open data from Scan into Matlab! Data processed in Matlab can also be imported back into Scan. (NOTE - Matlab is not provided with the toolbox)
Microsoft Excel® Data Export - Easily export all or selected channels into Excel! User definable time range and column settings make this an easy and useful option.
