Portable High-resolution fNIRS system.

The NIRSIT is an easy to use wearable system designed to measure hemodynamic responses in the prefrontal cortex region.

NIRSIT is the culmination of three core/ pioneering technologies: 1) dense packing of laser and photo diodes, 2) code-division multiple access (CDMA) and time division multiple access (TDMA) modulation for high temporal resolution, and 3) monolithic IC implementation for high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).

The system comes with its dedicated custom software for PCs and tablets used to monitor the oxy- and deoxy – hemoglobin concentration level changes from multiple channels.

  • Easy-to-use proprietary analysis tool (also supports data export for open-source tools like Homer and NIRS-SPM)
  • Simultaneous tracking of head motion using 6 – axis motion sensor
